Clint Nau

Clint has chosen to take his enthusiasm for asset growth and generational wealth building into a career that allows him to lead others in this process through investing in real estate.  While working at Evraz in quality assurance, Clint made his first investment at 22 buying a duplex. He has since managed and personally acquired 5 rental properties. As a Thunder Wolf at CSU-P, he has studied Economics, Finance and Business Management/Marketing. Expecting to graduate in the spring of 2021, and obtaining his real estate license this has positioned Clint to be an exceptional REALTOR® for his clients. These skills have given him the tools to go above and beyond with market forecasting to build equity. If you ask Clint, he will tell you what he finds most rewarding about real estate, he will say “helping his clients find a place to call their own.”

A man of service, Clint has served with the US Army National Guard since August 2013 and prides himself in becoming a Platoon Leader. As a previous NCO, he loves leading soldiers and building up men and women in all aspects of life.  Clint truly enjoys volunteering for veterans with food drives and helping his fellow soldiers with personal finance. For fun, Clint loves to climb 14ers and once he’s concurred one, he’s planning his next climb.  You’ll often find Clinton and his dog wrangler on trails around the reservoir to prep for the next hiking season. Along with his father and brothers, Clint loves playing frisbee golf at City Park, kayaking and being anywhere to enjoy nature.
