Joel Moffitt

A Southern Colorado Native, Joel Moffitt has been successfully helping his clients build their real estate investment portfolios since 2011.  Raised in Colorado Springs, Joel moved to Pueblo West in 2002 after serving 4 years in the US Navy. Holding a Bachelors Degree in Fire Science, he served as a firefighter on the USS Carl Vinson and USS Camden as part of Operations Desert Fox, Determined Response and Enduring Freedom.  Naturally after being Honorably Discharged, Joel continued his career as a Firefighter and Engineer/Fire Investigator with the Pueblo Fire Department for 14 years, then retiring to pursue a career that would challenge him even further, Real Estate.  An incredibly ambitious and educated man, Joel found a zest for what it means and takes to procure property, and with that love, he turned his passion into a fulfilling career.  Joel truly enjoys assisting his clients in finding their dream home.

Joel is a proud father of 3 and is married to fellow agent, Megan Moffitt.  As a family, they love all things Pueblo; hiking, biking, boating, golfing, escaping into the mountains and being in nature.  Together they volunteer at and support local community and sporting events, including being a “Billet” (host) family for The Pueblo Bulls Hockey Club.  Joel loves hockey and other sports, but when you ask him his hobbies, he feels blessed to say that his profession is his hobby- he loves all aspects of real estate.
