Katie Fox is a people-centric real estate agent who thrives on building connections and gaining new friendships. Her life experiences and innate desire to assist others has guided her here. Helping people find their forever homes or reach their goals is the driving force behind her decision to become a real estate agent.

Growing up in Pueblo County, Katie’s ties to her hometown, Colorado City and Rye, has ingrained a strong sense of community in her. Moreso, her involvement in the SOCO Runners Club reflects Katie’s commitment to an active lifestyle—whether it’s running, hiking, biking, or discovering new destinations. An appreciation for the arts and music also plays a significant role in her life, as she frequently attends concerts and indulges in painting, creating and interior design projects during her free time. Katie has a love for renovating and restoring old homes and bringing them back to life.

In 2015,  she married her childhood sweetheart, embarking on a journey that included raising four amazing kids that are all now adults. Their love for travel and adventure hold a very significant place in their hearts. They’ve visited Iceland, Costa Rica, Peru, Mexico, Alaska, Ireland, Canada and more. Meeting people and making life-long connections in their travels has been incredibly fulfilling. With a background influenced by grandparents, who were also real estate agents, Katie’s seen the industry from an early age and is excited to carry on the tradition. As she steps into the role as a real estate agent, Katie looks forward to combining her love for connecting with people and her passion for homes to help clients find their perfect properties.
