About Wayne Hunter
Wayne Hunter has been a proud resident of Pueblo since 1979, moving to the area after receiving his Master’s degree in Social Work. Wayne is a 32 year Retiree from Pueblo County School District 60 where he proudly served as the Special Education Coordinator. Before retiring from his dedicated work in our schools, Wayne found himself becoming a real estate investor, purchasing 10 investment properties in the early 2000’s which inspired him to obtain his Real Estate license in 2006. An enthusiastic man, he has embraced his love of real estate and enjoys working with investors specializing in residential properties.
One of eleven children, Wayne frequents his hometown Roswell, New Mexico, often to visit his mother who recently turned a healthy 93 years old! Devoted to his family, he is a father of 3 and grandfather to 7 grandchildren. In his down time, Wayne enjoys fishing and listening to music. He is passionate about life and maintains a positive attitude, as he is often heard saying how grateful he is “for every precious day God blesses me with!”
