I am a first time home buyer, and ill be the first to say none of the home buying process is easy nor was any of it easy for me to understand. John went above and beyond any other realtor I’ve encountered to ensure any of my questions were answered, if he did not know the answer he would get the information I needed to get a answer. Not only did he take his time in walking me through things, but he also went well out of his way to work with my hectic work schedule. He always ensured a comfort in knowing I can say yay or nay on a property and really took the time to listen to what exactly I envisioned my forever home to be like. When we finally found my forever home he was excellent in corresponding with the other guys and made sure I was apart of every discussion. Now rest assured my little ones and myself have found a home we can call our own and create some precious memories. I would recommend this relator to anyone of my friends and family and I would most defiantly do future business with him if necessary.
